Great Study Tool!!!

I found this audiobook to be very helpful in reviewing my overall nutrition knowledge. There are quizzes at the end of each chapter followed by an overall review of questions in relation to all of the material. I would highly recommend purchasing this audiobook!

Studying for nutrition

I listened to this over 20 times. I'm studying to be q nutritionist and wanted to listen to something while driving or doing whatever. I found this super helpful. It states facts only. No long stories of someone life just facts. I love the fact at the end of each chapter they give you a multiple-choice quiz and key takeaways. Very helpful. Perfect for students

Loved it.

Good explanation, keep (30) sec rewind button handy. Hoping to get more. I'm in my 50's and wish I had prior access to these types of learning.

Error: vitamin B3

This book states that folic acid is the chemical name for vitamin B3. Right after that, it states that niacin is vitamin B3.

Folic acid is B9
Niacin is B3

Very Informative

I have my degree in nutrition and this is a great refresher and new information. The voice is also pleasant and I can easily listen to this audio book for hours.
