The sequel was good but I still liked the first book better. The narration was excellent.

I love the Nubia series

I love the Nubians superpowers; the story of family and connection to each other, our past and to everything is beautiful. This book nicely continued from the first. Though some language from our present reality, like OMG, found its way into the 2090s it was still very well written and climaxed well. I'd loveto see it in a movie.

Great story cinematically told…

I really hope this story makes it to the big screen. It has implications for what we can do in community as well as what we can do individually to bring about a divine world that accommodates all of our gifts. The villains in these stories are familiar because they are us but so are the sheroes and heroes. I loved these first 2 installments. Looking forward to the 3rd.

I enjoyed both books in this series and look forward to reading more. This was a well written and thought-out book.

Great book!

Bought several books for gifts for family members and we haves enjoyed reading both books and having discussions about both books. The twist and endings keeps you wanting to know more.

The ending had me anxious for the trilogy so excited to be apart of Nubia

I don’t know much to say but this was a great book. I’m a 35 year old African American woman and the lessons learned from this book are immense. I love the story of Nubja and Nubians. I’m hoping for a book 3.
