And, if you learn how to buy and profit from distressed mortgage notes, it can create long term streams of income.

Martin is a successful entrepreneur, landlord, real estate note investor, mentor, and the author of several books that continue to sell numerous copies on Amazon today. Enter Note Investing Fundamentals to complete the equation.

Great Information for the Note World

Martin truly delivers great content for anyone that wants to get into the Note space. He gives a lot of information that someone can put to use with the right mindset. Great take away is that Martin Saenz is very passionate about the business and this does convey to the reader really well. Great read!

Waste of time.

For business books in particular I have an expectation that they be organized well and deliver potent/relevant content. This book was the largest waste of my time of any business book I can remember. Mr Saenz rambles aimlessly from one fortune cookie nugget to the next “after my coffee I sit for 6 mins and visualize, visualizing is a good idea”, “ you should role play your cold calls to get more comfortable, role playing is very useful...”. I was often offended by not only the superficiality of his random advice tidbits but by the voluminous amount of words he uses in his descriptions. You can literally listen for 15 to 20 mins before he says something worthy of 30 seconds. I couldn’t finish the book.

Title is somewhat of a misnomer

This book is less about investing in note fundamentals than building a business fundamentals, albeit in a vague, entrepreneurial by you bootstraps motivational tone. Good if you want someone to tell you to build systems not so great if you are looking for what the mortgage note business is about and how they work.
