I absolutely loved this book! It was so informative and provided a great introduction to Norse paganism. The author does a fantastic job of explaining the various beliefs and practices in an easy-to-understand way. I especially appreciated the sections on the different gods and goddesses and the role they played in Norse mythology.

Exciting listening

Before listening to this audiobook, my knowledge of Norse paganism was based only on a few fantasy movies. But digging a little deeper, beyond mythological creatures, I found that Norse paganism is actually quite complex. Exciting writing and excellent narration made me appreciate these ancient traditions and want to learn more. Five stars!

I absolutely loved this book about Norse paganism! The detailed descriptions of the nine worlds were incredibly fascinating, and I loved learning about the different pantheons and their roles in the cosmos. The modern heathens section was also incredibly interesting, giving insight into how these ancient beliefs are still alive and thriving today.
