Spicy thriller

I picked this up because I fell in love with Keri Lake's writing in Nocticadia. It was a great story and had be eager to get to the next chapter. The male narrator was a bit much, I liked him for The Sandman, the theatrics of his voice made sense, but not for all the others, it was a bit distracting.

Cliffhanger for sure

The end of it has me shocked. I wasn’t expecting it to be the end of it.

Not a big fan of the narrator’s- especially it being dual and not duet.

Good and bad dark.

New author for me. Ooh this was interesting! Dark and hot af towards the end. Voss better go all John Wick on Carl! 🤬😭 I've come close to DNF'ing this for the warning. My one beef.

Voss I enjoyed his character

I didn’t like how it ended. We didn’t really get many answers and didn’t realize it was a series.

I like Keri Lake’s writing style

I really like Keri Lake’s writing style so I recommend this book! The story was interesting and both narrators did a great job!
