Publisher's Summary

Butler Shay sucks.

He'll tell you that the second you meet him, because as unscrupulous as he is, he's not a liar. He doesn't have time for games or feelings. He's going to go pro one day and that means complete focus on football.

No distractions. No infatuations.

That's the rule.

But there's this girl....

Awesome listen!

This narrator brought the story to life. It was like this book was written just so he could perform it. The writing is great and I felt like the author captured a man’s point of view really well.

19Years Old..Unexpected Surprises

The hero, Butler, is 19, a freshman in college and there on a full ride for football. Football is his focus, except he is 19 and has 19 yr old hormones. He’s like most 19 yr olds, is good looking, funny and a football player. But he is a nice guy, this helps to like his character.
Brooklyn is a girl he meets in a bathroom .. they have a fun exchange and she gives him her number but he has to wait to call her.
POV is Butlers and he thinks about her.
What is enjoyable about this story is they both feel something for each other, but are careful not to jump into passion, but actually become friends.
A short short, but not not too short, with interesting secondary characters...issues that aren’t gone into too deeply, but is fun, sweet and interesting.
The narrator does a nice job, easy to listen to..
I received a free audiobook for an honest and voluntary review.

Great story!

Nineteen is a well-written, fun, and enjoyable college romance. The character development is excellent, and the romance is tastefully done. I really liked the characters and how they connected, friendship than passion. Not an easy thing to do when your nineteen. Matthew E. Berry did a fantastic job with the narration, capturing the characters and bringing them to life. Those of us who remember what it was like to be nineteen will enjoy this audiobook. I did!
