Hmm

I love this story. However, I couldn't really understand the narrator and some of the parts she sounded off. For instance, the moaning parts were just sounded out. I'm listening to a story, not make em say uhh by Master P. Some of the names she said very strangely too so I didn't know who she was talking about until it clicked in my own head. I read the story before so I was able to remember some. Otherwise I would have quit listening because of the narrator.

the narration

was jarring. this murderous take was narrated with what cane across to me as a child's voice. took some getting used to. the story was great. lots of family drama.

The second book

I could not listen to voice that was telling the story. Good thing I have the book and had already read it. Love the hold series.

Some of my favorite books but narration sucks

This girl was born and raised in US plus father is Hispanic. Why use a narrator with heavy Russian accent. Also no voice changes between characters. I quit listening before end of chapter 1

love the story, but narration..

while I love this storyline, I am not a fan of the narration. I would have preferred Pinky narrate this story too. I am not a fan of this one.

Terrible Narration

I have enjoyed all previous books in this series, but almost did not listen to this one when I heard the narrator. Good book. Very bad narration.

Need a new Narrator

Very hard to understand, I had to slow it down so I could follow along. Great story, just need a different narrator.

I love this story. this narration was just overall wrong! cold, the way the phases were said were strange, with strange pauses and the narrator had a child like voice.

SO HOT!

I'm in love with this whole series. Nikolai is my favorite character! Love the narrator’s style, Russian accent and different character voices. SO HOT! Now I want book 3! Thank you Roxie Rivera!

Difficult to follow.....reader had a thick accent.

This audible was hard to listen to because the readers accent made some words hard to understand .
