Why, oh why?

A wonderful collection of remarkable, rough and turbulent short stories. Beautifully written and well read but why, oh why doesn’t the publisher demonstrate even slightest common sense and courtesy by titling each story in the content? Although each “Chapter” is, in fact, a single short story, the audiobook publisher gives us the thoughtless approach of referring to each story numerically as “Chapter 1” “Chapter 2” and so on. Please fix!
