I was annoyed by how often the author mentioned how bride was over weight ok we get it but does it need to be run it to the ground... plus she was curvy not obese

Good, not Great

I did enjoy this book. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had read/listened to the previous books in this series. There were a few things that I was lost about and I didn’t know some of the characters as intimately as I would have if I had listened to more of the series. The story had a interesting plot and didn’t really stall much. This is probably the tamest sexual content I have heard in a shifter novel, in a long time, so if strong sexual content bothers you, this may be just the book for you. Like I wrote, in the title, this book is good but it is not a book that swept me off my feet or that I will listen to again.
