Pretty Good Series....

Very entertaining....the Narrators accent for the MC was annoying at times lol but overall good series so far

want to see how the story continues on and will legend take over or not

Another wild ride!

Interesting middle story but it appears that the ending may not be written. This one seemed to drag at some points and went crazy fast at other points. I did like the first book a bit better. If Mark is listening, I would really like to see how it all ends. 🙂

Good story. Needs work

Narration was on point for the material. My only issue is with the MC. Dude has a lot going for him. he's a Guard's Capt. with combat, strategy, and court etiquette experience. He has powers and beautiful and willing women by his side but somehow manage to be confused, lost, doubtful, and make plain dumb decisions. His thoughts process is all over the place. He start a thought, then gets easily distracted by one thing or another and misses on key clues or opportunities. We're two books in and literally lots of bodies behind us. it's about time for him to grow up and be more consistent.

Not bad, not great

Still gets 5 stars… MC definitely has ADD… I can’t wait for the next book!

Awkwardly Entertaining

I really like the story, Mark Albany is no slouch of a writer; however, as I listen to most of my audiobooks at work... it can be a bit awkward. I somehow imagine Gary Furlong going home to his significant other and relating how many orgasms and such he had to read through with exasperation.

To many fillers

I do believe there is a good story in this series. There seems to be a lack of creativity at certain points in the story, so the author uses sex as fillers till he can come up with the next step in the story.

Great!

Good story! Steamy scenes! but the cliff hanger left me wanting more, theres intimacy and some good rough fun which I really like and the narrator does a good job

random

legend was barely apart of this book. the smart ass remarks of the main character is pretty much put off the book.

the first book was great. it was like serious book that was mixed with comedy as well. unfortunately, the writer took away the comedy part of it for the most part.

also, I almost quit the book in the middle of it because of the random sex scenario that played out. they come to an island, and they are scouting it for enemies, but they they have an orgy under the trees? like wtf. way to set up the suspense to just kill it at random.

there was some other random sex scene I just skipped through it. it made no sense either

great second book

loved it would highly recommend. only issue I have with it is no 3rd in series. I would love to see how they progress against the "God King"
