Specifically related to New Jersey
Mahoney encourages his listeners/readers to educate themselves further and feel proficient because there are risks. He warns us to avoid the "weasels" that exist in any business. This is a brand new topic for me, and because I tend to be conservative with my risk tolerance, I will be researching and talking about it for a while--
But after listening to Mahoney's very informative book, I feel both EXCITED and CONFIDENT that this is a wonderful and VALID opportunity if you are careful to do your due diligence.
For me, looking to get started in the complex world of real estate investing, I'm amazed by how much information the author offers, which makes it a priceless tool for a novice like me and, I imagine, experienced investors alike.
The focus on New Jersey guarantees that readers will get focused and useful guidance for their investing journey.
