It's alright

Good story, awful performance by the VV. I hope you go back to a person soon.

Virtual voice

The story would have been much more enjoyable if the narration had been by a person with correct tone and inflection in his/her voice. The reading was very stilted and took away from the story. Quit being cheap and hire real narrators.

READ BOOK 3 AFTER THE PREQUEL!

I heard the prequel on an audiobook and was dismayed when I looked at the title descriptions for book one and book two for Granberry Falls that it had no mention of Maggie or Mitch. It was not until I read the review for the third book that I saw the story continued so I skipped book one and two and went on to listen to number three and was very happy I did. It made the story more fluid resulting in a more cohesive story without having interim stories about other people in between.

The virtual voice did a fairly decent job with this story. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to click with the main characters. Overall it was a short easy listen,
