Very poor overview of Neural Networks

I'm shocked that this book has a few top ratings. It does not offer explanations of neural networks at all, just illustrations of what they are used for. It makes misleading statements that will enlighten no one. At the same time, the reader has weird pauses, mispronunciations and just a very odd pacing and style. For a real explanation, try "The Master Algorithm"--I'm off to re-listen to that one.
