What did you like best about NLP: Maximize Your Potential? What did you like least?

I liked how it exposes you to the benefits of how this can be applied to the reader's daily life. Unfortunately, it is just that. It does not explain even the basics or point you in the right direction.

Lots of why but not how

Aside from overstating the obvious and understating deeper knowledge with examples falling short of penetrating the point, overall, this book is a bit boring, and it's difficult to tell whether or not the narration is human or computer. this book is really more of an "about-NLP" read with a few applied concepts, but is not as much of a how-to manual.
