another great book from this author

another great book. love how this author writes and have loved every one of his dog books I have read. Almost all of his dog books have made me cry and this one did too. I love how he left it open so he could possibly write a book 2 to this book. I hope this is made into a movie too. Highly recommend reading this book if you are a dog lover. Just make sure to have your tissues.

Always love books in which dogs talk!

I love this author! The way the dogs talk seems so realistic. They love each day and live in the moment. And their devotion to their person is exactly what I experience with my dog. The sadness and humor comes off this book in perfect proportions, it's one of his best! The narrarator was wonderful! Also, try "LOVE, CLANCY" too, it's another perfect dog book 😃
