Publisher's Summary

A sexy, emotional, suspenseful romance novel from number one New York Times best-selling author Lauren Blakely with all new narration from Zachary Webber and Ava Erickson!

Some women are just off-limits.

But that doesn’t stop me from wanting Elle Mariano. She’s clever, big-hearted, and the sexiest woman I’ve ever met.

The thing is, she’s fighting the demons of her past, and do I ever know how hard those are to battle.

So I try my best to be her shoulder to lean on. Until the night we combust. And one night turns into hot, dirty days, and secret trysts.

If it all sounds too good to be true, it is. Because once I learn the secret she’s keeping from me, my entire family’s future turns riskier than I ever imagined.

Especially since the bastards who tried to tear my family apart years ago are tailing both of us now. Our every move...

Additional voices from Tim Paige, Scott Brick, Shane East, Maxine Mitchell, Samantha Cook, Brian Pallino, Jason Clarke, and more!

Another great re-imagined book in this series. I enjoyed the originals but these new versions are so much better. Colin and Elle were a great couple. They had chemistry and when things got a little hard, they fixed it and moved forwards. This book wasn't as steamy as book 2 but still have plenty of hot scenes. I loved the twist in the main story line and can't wait to see what's in store for the rest other brothers.

The narration was great. As always Lauren knows how to cast a perfect audiobook.

Addictive

Love this series! Narrators are great. Story line on point to keep you interested. I’ve literally gone from book to book. This is a friends to lovers story. Elle has a son from a teen marriage which didn’t work out. Consequently the man has drug issues he cannot kick and OD IN HER ARMS. Collin is a 8 year recovering addict. So it’s a slow come together along with a stalker issue and family secrets that come to light. Very addictive. Now on to the next!

Sexy and Suspenseful

My Sinful Longing was a great friends to lovers romance with a side of suspense. I love how the mystery has been slowly unfolding in the books, and for that reason, this book and series should be read/listened to in order.

Colin and Elle were wonderful. I loved how their relationship developed gradually and how well they knew each other. They both have their own demons, but have overcome so much to be better versions of themselves. The build up between them was fantastic and I loved their chemistry. There were a few bumps along the way, but I appreciated that there wasn't any unnecessary drama between them.

Zachary Webber and Ava Erickson both lived up to the 'sinful' title and were perfect as Colin and Elle. They made the sexy times scorching hot and I may have had to fan myself a time or two. There are lots of secondary characters, subplots, and POV's in this series and it's been so helpful to have different narrators cast for these roles. I especially enjoyed Tim Paige as Marcus and Scott Brick as John. Speaking of John, I could feel those sparks fly between him and Mindy and I'm hoping that gets explored in the future. The story concludes with quite the bombshell regarding the family mystery and it has me eager to listen to the next book.

My Sinful Longing

Holy Man Batman, I thought the last book ended with a bang this one blew that one out of the water!

I can’t get enough of this family of this mystery. Add in a romance and I am hooked. I love the different POV’s it adds that extra suspense I didn’t know I needed. The fact each POV has their own narrator too, perfection.

Colin and Elle are the sweetest, I love that they were friends first it really helped me connect with them before they were a couple it gives that little extra step. I am not one for insta love. So the fact that they had the chemistry but gave each other time for it to grow before they couldn’t resist it any longer, that to me is the best kind of stories.

We learn all sorts of things about the case in this book and we get more of John’s POV which I am really intrigued by I want to know more I hope we get more of his POV in the next book. Speaking of off to start that one right now!

Enjoyed this so much ❤️❤️

Loving all the revised versions of this series. This one is probably my favorite and not just for Zachary Webber's narration 😉 This web of lies keep getting deeper. Another 5 stars for me! Ok now on to the next one…

Two broken hearts heal

I am enjoying this series so much. This is book 3 in the Sinful series and I love how each book it about a specific sibling but how the story is still interwoven together. In this one we get Collin's story and how he falls in love with Elle who is a strong, independent woman raising a teenage son. He has no idea how their lives are woven together though. There are still all the mysteries around his fathers death but the clues are coming out so we are learning more and more. This is a great love story with all the heat you enjoy with a couple plus it's a great mystery with the Vegas crime syndicate.

The multi cast of Zachary Webber, Ava Erickson, Tim Paige, Scott Brick and more are fantastic to listen to. So enjoyable.

I loved this book and love the series and highly recommend it and them.

Emotional and Suspenseful!

This is the third book in the Sinful Men Series. The mystery continues where the second book left off. Elle and Colin's story is emotional, and suspenseful. They are both great characters. Elle is strong, caring, independent and beautiful. She is a wonderful Mom. Her past is heartbreaking. She deserves her happiness. Colin is handsome and caring. They share an undeniable chemistry, and they are perfect together. I love their maturity, and I love how they work together for their happiness. The family spirit is strong and wonderful in this Series. Elle's Mother is a fantastic character, supportive and caring. Elle's son, Alex, is a mature and great kid. The storyline has mystery, lies, and secrets. Ava Erickson and Zachary Webber did a beautiful reading of this story. I love their voices together. The multi cast is amazing: Tim Paige (Marcus), Scott Brick (John Winston) Maxine Mitchell (Dora Prince), Sebastian York (Michael), Samantha Cook (Mindy), Brian Pallino (Kenny), and Shane East (Sanders Doyle). Looking forward to listen to the fourth book in the Series, and my most anticipated story in the Series, My Sinful Love, Michael's story. I love this captivating and addictive Series, and I highly recommend it.

Exciting Sexy Romance!

This third book in the Sinful Men series continues to keep us engaged, excited and craving more of the Sloan family and the intriguing mystery that surrounds them. This story features sexy, tattooed bad boy, Colin Sloan and Elle Mariano, owner of the at-risk Youth Center, and kick ass roller derby skater. Colin and Elle met when Colin volunteered to help at the Youth Center. Colin has turned his life around from street thug and addict in his youth to a kind, thoughtful, and generous entrepreneur. He is a math wiz who is a genius at assessing risks. Elle is a compassionate, loyal single mom who doesn't like to take risk except when she is skating or in bed with Colin. They have a passionate 'friends with benefits' relationship that Colin wants to take further but because Elle is so protective of her son she holds herself back. Colin is determined to show her that he is a risk worth taking for her and for her son. They are so perfect together because they both assess risk, but from different angles. They are smart, like to have fun, and their dirty talking and fiery passion make them combustible between the sheets. I loved how their relationship grew at an honest pace from casual to emotional. I also love how Ms. Blakely writes adult characters who do not thrive on angst but work through their differences and short comings. The series long mystery arc continues to grow adding suspense and intrigue. It answers some questions but creates more with it's twists and turns. The ending was a real shock that I never saw coming!
I loved the performances by narrators Zachary Webber, and Ava Erickson. They portray each character with a perfect balance between fun & flirty, heartbreaking emotion, and sizzling passion flawlessly. They work so well together as they bring this sweet, sexy, and emotional story to life. I also loved the fantastic cameos throughout the book from Maxine Mitchell, Tim Paige, and Scott Brick.
Ms. Blakely continues to find brilliant ways to keep this series sexy and intriguing. I can't wait to see what she has in store for Michael and how she will continue this exciting mystery!

My Thoughts on My Sinful Longing

5 of 5 stars

My Sinful Longing is another great addition to this series.

I loved Colin just as much as I loved Ryan in the previous book. And I'm always a fan of a smart, strong, single mom who clearly loves her son and wants what's best for him. Elle was definitely my kind of leading lady.

And I just love how the mystery of the Sloan family progresses along with the romance. It's so well done the way the two are blended so seamlessly together. I never felt like the mystery over took the romance, but the mystery was crucial to the plot. There were so many secrets and surprises thrown into the this story. But it worked to keep me hooked and turning the pages. I didn't want it to end becasue I wanted to know what came next.

This book ends with just as many questions answered as new ones arose. Now I'm desperate for the next book. I'm not only looking forward to Michael getting his starring role but also to seeing the conclusion of the mystery.

I am loving this multi cast narration. While this is a must listen for all Zachary Webber and Ava Erickson fans as they are the main narrators, I also totally enjoyed the chapters from other character's povs and how different narrators were brought in for all of them. It gave me a taste of some new people to check out or a little reminder of why I love some of the ones I was already familiar with.

Now it’s Colin’s turn and he doesn’t disappoint

Following on from the previous 2 books, as Detective John Winston tries to piece together the murder 18 years prior. The characters were wonderful, I loved them all in the previous books, and they just keep getting better and better. I love the storyline, and I have to say it’s getting a little more tense in places as the detective starts closing in on his suspects. Secrets are coming out and and we’re getting a clearer picture as to the comings and goings in the life of Dora Prince, who, let’s face it, is at the centre of this whole series. What a mystery she is. Book 3 focusses on the youngest sibling, and twin to Shannon, Colin, as he tries to work out his feelings for his friend Elle Mariano, who because of a previous toxic relationship is giving off mixed signals, mainly because she’s fighting her attraction to Colin. I cannot get enough of this series, so, yes I’m diving straight into the fourth audio. I have no idea who chooses the narrators, is it The author? I’m guessing so, because so far this series they’ve been spot on for each character. Pure perfection. If you’re a bit of an audio junky like myself, you already know that Lauren Blakely always seems to have the best narrators, and Zachary Webber and Ava Erickson are no exception.

What a cliffhanger

My Sinful Longing by Lauren Blakely is the third book in the Sinful Men series.

Colin and Elle’s story was slightly hinted at as a potential relationship in My Sinful Desire, and some of the timeline has crossover, but it’s no repetitive to the previous book (other than the big reveal and cliffhanger in book 2)

I can tell that there’s still so much to unravel in this world, as once again a massive cliffhanger and game changing secret is revealed.

The story is told from multiple POV’s from the main characters, as well as side characters. Which I think is brilliant, as it sets the voices clearly.

To much

So far I’ve loved the series. This book however I think missed the mark. The two main characters had a lovely story but I feel that it was overtaken by all the extra background stories. Towards the end I felt the focus was more on the background stories and way less on the storey of the Elle and Colin, which was disappointing.

Colin and Elle

Elle has been married before and has a son Alex.
Her husband died from an overdose. She works at a youth centre for kids of need.
Colin is a computer nerd. He is a recovering addict. He volunteers at the Youth Centre.
Marcus enters the picture.
This blind-sides the family, but he has more information about the murder case.
Some arrests are made in the case, but it’s not over.

The Sloans brothers

Great performance of all involved in this audio. This book was a bit slower than the previous 2 in the series but still, we get bit more info about the others great family members. Was great to see how Colin was giving to the community and he loved what he was doing and his friendship with Alex. Moving on to book #4 ♥

Wow

This was a great love story. Loved the family devotion and love for each other. It was awesome that they worked out in the end with helps from a great son. Omg just want to get to the last story and connect all the dots.
Narration was awesome too.
