Enjoyable book!

I found myself relating to many of the issues Mary talked about. I agree that growing up trying to be perfect is impossible and can bring on all kinds of anxiety and depression. Her book shows her struggles and how she basically started to bloom once she found unconditional love for herself!. It is wonderful to know she is now happy and living a fulfilled life!

My Journey Finding Love is a novel by Mary M Betsworth. I thought Leanne Bennet was good as the narrator. This story is a look at how Mary overcame being raised without love and security. Looking deep within yourself is hard and Mary did a wonderful job of telling her story. I believe that this audio book can benefit anyone because we all deal with the past. Mary gives hope because she has overcome her hurts. I felt that this book can help anyone including me.
