Appropriate, clean and exciting

I listened to it on one sitting and enjoyed it very much. The ending was quite a surprise. The suspense kept me hooked up through the whole listen. I originally thought that one character was a culprit, but as it turned out, it was another one. Carrie Burgess, thanks for stepping up and getting this done for us. Great job!

Murder and Cherry Cake

Another fun cozy mystery by Meredith Potts! When Sabrina’s friend goes missing, it brings back all the emotions of when her sister disappeared. Will Sabrina and David be able to get to the bottom of things before it’s too late? Carrie Burgess continues to do a nice job with the narration of this series. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Great quick audio book

I really enjoyed the narrator of this story it was easy to tell the difference in the characters a she read. I thought the book had a few too many he said and then she said lines but overall it was a really great book. I wish it would have taken longer to solve the mysteries it seemed that it was solved very quickly but the details of the characters were really well done.

Loved it

Another great story about Sabrina and her Husband working together to solve a mystery. This time they were looking for a missing person. Will they discover what happened? How will it end? Happiness or Tragedy. My only complaint about this book and it is always my same complaint is I wish it was longer. I enjoy this series. Keep up the good work Meredith. The narrator does a fantastic job. I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review. Look forward to the next book.

My sixteenth short read/listen from author Meredith Potts, A cute, well-written & enjoyable clean cozy mystery, the fourth in this series. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of narrator Carrie Burgess. I look forward to reading more from this author. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018)

Light and Fun

Murder and Cherry Cake: Mysteries of Treasure Cove, Book 5 by Meredith Potts, narrated by Carrie Burgess is a great addition to the series and perfect for cozy mystery fans. I enjoyed the storyline of this one, and I liked the ending; it kept me engaged and I listened from start to finish in one sitting. I've been following main character Sabrina for some time now, and she's quite the character, let me tell you! Since I've never been a suspect in a case of disappearance, murder, or any other crime for that matter, I'm not sure if the characters words and actions are true-to-life. But, I do know if I was being questioned about my whereabouts, I'd be freaking out and probably crying. These people are nuts! Now, "Team Sabrina" is tough and almost too demanding of everyone they come across, but the potential suspects act angry, rather than sad or nervous. While I'm sure people act all different ways when in similar situations, I can't imagine all of them being crazy. Needless to say, I'm glad I live where I do. Haha! The narration by Carrie Burgess was great, as usual. Her inviting tone pulls me in and keeps me listening. I really enjoy listening to her, and I think she makes my overall experience with the book that much better. Murder and Cherry Cake: Mysteries of Treasure Cove, Book 5 by Meredith Potts, narrated by Carrie Burgess is a light and fun mystery that teens and cozy lovers will enjoy. At three hours, it is the perfect listen to sharpen up your own detective skills! I'm looking forward to the next in series. Thank you for reading my review. I hope it was helpful. Happy listening! :-)

Great story

This one begins with a shock, when a former suspect shows up, drunk and aggressive, at Sabrina's home while David is at work, and she and her daughter are there. Talk about a bad moment! And I bet Sabrina was really grateful to her pepper spray :P And when everything seems to be going well again, Sabrina's friend, Angela, disappears. Of course, this brings memories of Jessica, making the search for Angela even more frantic. And the end! What a surprising twist! As always, this is an entertaining, clean read and Carrie Burgess does a splendid job with the narration.

Writen like a screenplay

The narrator did good job. The storyline was interesting but it was written like a screenplay. l could imagine actors saying the lines to this book on a tv series. l felt it was not adapted for audio books.

Good Story and Narration

Having Angela and Gavin spending evening out with Sabrina and David. To get a call next day she is missing. Bring memories that still haunt Sabrina of her sister when missing. These are fast paced and enjoyable, to read and try to figure out what happen. You feel for Sabrina as she tries to solve. Given ARC audio which was good by Carrie Burgess . for my voluntary review and my honest opinion

Pleasant Cozy Mystery

I listened to this audio book in one sitting. The story is simple and easy to listen to although I didn’t guess the ending! A pleasant Cozy Mystery, this is number 5 in the Treasure Cove series and I would advise listening to the earlier stories first to help engage with the characters. I was given a copy of this audio book by the author for an unbiased review.
