An old lighthouse. A grieving sister. A cat with an uncanny sense for secrets. And a mystery that refuses to stay hidden…

Still reeling from her sister’s unexpected death, artist Emily Harper isn’t convinced Becky’s fall down the grand staircase was an accident. But when a hidden journal resurfaces—along with cryptic notes and eerie visions—Emily begins to suspect her sister was on the verge of uncovering something dangerous.

Then a body is discovered at Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse, and the past crashes into the present. A local historian has been murdered—one who may have known the truth about Becky’s final days.

With storm clouds rolling in, a killer determined to keep the past buried, and a locket that raises more questions than answers, Emily must decide: should she chase the truth, even if it leads her straight into danger?

Fans of Ellery Adams and Carolyn Hart will love this twisty, atmospheric paranormal cozy mystery filled with Maine charm, long-buried secrets, and a heroine who refuses to let the past rest—no matter what it costs.

Listen now and uncover the mystery today.

It feels like the first time that an author intentionally ripped me off. I think she wasted her time and mine so she could collect a fee. This book goes nowhere. She leads you up a bunch of false trails and ends with another one so you will need to buy the next book in order to find out who killed who and why. This may be intended to keep you buying but it is more like The Perils of Pauline and just leaves you frustrated

I feel cheated
