great book

This was a really good book! I liked this author, I'll definitely have to read more!

Exciting

The narrators brought this story to life, I loved the fluctuations in their voices. I loved how Noah and Maddy met. They both could have acted so differently. I loved how bright and dedicated Maddy is, she is so personable and sweet, and also very knowledgeable. Yes, Noah can be a jerk, but I loved how Maddy was able to overlook some of his flaws. You won’t want to take those headphones off till the end.

I liked it

I liked the story line a lot. It’s new to me. In the beginning the MMC was definitely a jerk but I had my doubts in the middle - he was kind of a marshmallow (in a good way). However he came back with a vengeance and it made the continuity of the title make more sense. The romance was sweet, but not overly so, and the sexy scenes were well done.

The writing and dialogue were excellent, and the narration was very good too.

When business comes first

When Maddie and Noah meet, it business first for him. As she helps him address business problems, he discovers what a life with Maddie could provide.

Looking for another book in this series.

Noah and Maddie

The narrators did a great performance and captured my attention from the start. This book really had me on an emotional rollercoaster. Maddy and Noah have a hilarious first meet which really sets off how these two interact with each other throughout. Noah is much older than her and at times is very much a Jerk. Maddy has no issue with putting him in his place. The chemistry between these two is hot and I really enjoyed how Noah wooed her. These two really had to work through a lot to get their HFN.

Enthralling!!

This contemporary romance is page-turning with exceptional world-building and characters that are realistic and intriguing. Their journey is enthralling with Mr. Jerk- a billionaire bosshole who is arrogant, has high expectations, gives credit where credit is due..., a sports agent, news reporter, humor, hotel mix-up, mature explicit romance that is consumed by steamy lust, passion, desire, and all the feelings of spice, light superstars, drama, adventure, action, and more. I recommend listening to this book by an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers' hearts and attention with Mr. Jerk and explicit romance that is sure to take readers on an exhilarating roller coaster ride that is wildly unforgettable.

Sports, Sisterhood, Scandals, and Sizzling Sensations

I deeply am in love with this series! I was so pleasantly surprised that all the girls from book 1, Kaitlyn’s story, make a return and this time one of them, Maddie, is the star!
The meet-cute is so entertaining! Ha! In fact, there were several moments of endearing banter that made me warmly chuckle. The baby shower scene had me hooting! Maddy and Noah have some home run level chemistry and even in their conflicts, you felt for them in a real, human way. I love Maddy is a go-getter ray of sunshine and Noah takes care of his company as people, even if it costs him from having a true life.
And the over-the-top grand gestures us ladies swoon to dream about and men groan they can’t afford are on decent display here, but more international.
I will say the villain in this is a real word! Oooh! He got under my skin so hard core. And a person like him could easily exists, making it scarier in a realistic setting.
The characters and story is excellently written and very fun to read. Lexi Evans and Logan Anare in the dream romantic pairing, bringing love and lust, heart and heart, energy and emotion with every line. Perfection.

Maddy and Noah

I loved their entire story, there was nothing at all to dislike in this book, it was funny, sexy and full of spice. Maddy and Noah's beginning may not have been conventional, they met in such a crazy unpredictable way over a room mixup at a friend's wedding, but I could feel their connection from the start.

I didn't think Noah was a jerk, just someone who needed to learn how to delegate and concentrate on the important parts of his life. I didn't want to stop istening I loved this book. I loved the way Maddy and Noah were together, two parts of a perfect whole.

The narration by Lexi Evans and Logan Anare is very well done, they had the characters to a tee!

Great listen.

I really enjoyed listening to this story. It was very entertaining. I loved the characters and storyline. You should give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
