learning boundaries

I never knew what boundaries were until I started getting help. This book is an excellent resource for someone like me that has no idea where to start. Great advice on how to create your boundaries and what it means to respect and love yourself by keeping your boundaries.

Extremely helpful

I have read many recovery books and this is the one I always recommend to women married to sex-addicts. I am so grateful for the guidance in this book!

I find this as completely irrelevant and untrue.

This book is badly written and completely irrelevant to the topic . It is also badly narrated. And makes me sexually uncomfortable, that being the topic of the point, will find more relevant means to explore as such.
