Publisher's Summary

Grateful Knight is one stressed-out witch. Not only has she failed to restore her caretaker, Rick, from an evil witch's mind-control spell but the loss he endured extends well beyond his memory. To make matters worse, compensating for his absence could cost her the job she loves and the strength she needs.

When a new supernatural threat leaves Grateful for dead, a vampire ally saves her life - but at a price. Her assailant's calling card makes it clear she's marked for death, possibly by her goddess mother. With the help of her half sister, Polina, can Grateful gain the power she needs to win Rick back and beat the goddess at her own game?

The best series I've ever read.

I love Genevieve Jack's writing style! So easy to get lost in her stories, as I invested myself into each character I found myself crying and laughing with each one. I will read any book from this author. I love this story and the ending was perfect.

Ties it up

The author still likes to review what was covered between this book and the last and I remember not loving this book ask much the first time I read it but this time there were really great scenes that I didn’t associate with last time. I will say the whole labyrinth thing is a bit confusing. But seriously love puce love the narrator!!!!!!!

Well... dang...

3.5*s

This one wasn’t as evolved as the other books (for me). It was a little slow at times and other times it seemed to have so much happening that I got lost. Grateful also got on my nerves a few dozen times but, she was under a lot of stress so that’s okay.

This was an interesting book as the turn of events kept getting more and more complicated. Yet, parts of it felt a little off and rushed. Maybe it’s just me. I enjoyed it but I was looking for the awesomeness of the first three books and I only got part of that!

One of the best series out there!

This series became an addiction from page one of the first book. In the last segment Graetful Knight a new threat, one that may see the end to her and with Rick void of his memories and magic things can't get much worse. But they do when the goblins nearly kill her. The threat on her life takes her and gang on an epic journey and battle.

Of course I can't say what happens but it's possibly the best story in the series. The suspense mounts and the odds don't look favorable as Greatful fights for love. I adore this authors style. She adds the right amount of comedy, suspense and mystery. She breaths life into the characters and twists into the plot.

The narrator is also amazing. She gives the right amount of everything to the story. I'm sad the story is over but positive I'll listen to again.

So grateful

Awesome series. I'm reviewing all 4 books at once. There is nothing I could fault with these books. The story line is intriguing and unpredictable and the narrator does a great job between each voice.
