Great cast on audio, they had me in the story all Through out the story. Well Done!

An amazing and engaging book!!!

An amazing and engaging book! The narrative voices are clear, vivid, and energizing! Great gift for someone who is trying to learn/perfect their English. I bought this book for a friend who is trying to improve his English and pronunciation. I recommend that he follow the audio on his printed book. I hope a sequel is coming soon!!!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. The author looked at the genre boundaries and told them to go away lol. He has done a great job with this and I really hope to see more.

I cannot believe how cool this book is. The production of this is like no other listening experience!!! Must listen. This is not my normal read or listen but was intrigued by the production and the listening experience is second to nun... use great headset and it’s even better!! Great story totally keeps you and surprises you with humor, thrills, and unexpected twists!!! Cant wait for the next project by this author!!

What a ride this audiobook was! A thrill for the ear and the mind!

This is not my usual genre of choice, the closest thing I think for me was the Harry Potter series. Having said that, doing a full cast recording was the absolute best way to present this story. I loved every minute of it. And that little, WTF, I did NOT see that happening in Chapter 37 was the absolute best.

Kudos to a stellar cast led by Eric Christian Olsen and Troian Bellesario.

Congrats to Nicholas Ryan Howard for a fun, bawdy, roller coaster of fun. Can’t wait for the sequel.

Maybe the best SciFi I have ever read.

Perfectly balanced between action and comedy, entertaining and intellectually stimulating. Truly transcends genre. And the audiobook is an amazing production piece.

it was fun, and a definite good time for lovers of anime and steampunk. I loved the sound effects and the battles were interesting. would have had like to have had a lot more of an explanation as to where magic came from and the main characters in immortality but all-in-all a good read.
will be looking forward to a continuation in the Vance / death series

Exciting, hilarious, and compelling.

It's been a while since I've felt compelled to pick up a book, audio or otherwise. Mortal Enemy was a thrilling fantasy adventure that nobody should ever pass by. The story was full of so many twists, turns, emotional moments and outrageous comedy. Nicholas Ryan Howard has the instinct for knowing when to have a moment, and when to disrupt that same moment with something ridiculous, funny, or both. You have to pick up Mortal Enemy, whether you read or listen to it. Recommend it to your friends as well. 10/10 Fantastic book.

Just Wow!

I felt fully immersed with the actual descriptions of the surroundings and actions happening and the theatrical sound additions only helped to put you in the middle of it all. The cast was pretty fantastic and I the humor did it for me, helped to lighten up some of the darker moments. My only complaint is that the second audiobook to this series is non-existent. When are we getting the next book? Take responsibility and feed this new appetite that you’ve started for more of this Mortal series!
