Publisher's summary

What am I?

I mean, I know what a vampire is. A vampire drinks blood. But a vampire is immortal. I certainly am not immortal.

Am I just a killer? Am I a serial murderer?

That can't be.

I crave the blood. And sometimes, I even need the blood. So, what does this make me? I didn’t ask for the craving, but it is there. I didn’t ask to be this mortal who needs blood like a vampire in a storybook. Maybe, this is what a vampire really is, someone like me. Maybe, a vampire is only a mortal with an unnatural need to feed on the blood of humans.

And how do I deal with this now? Do I continue to be a cold-blooded killer? Or, do I kill people who deserve to die? God knows there is no shortage of those in the world.

So much potential

The plot for this story are actually really good! A Stepford wife’s cheese slides off her cracker and she takes up a bloody new hobby. Add a priest, a pedicure, a murder and a sleepy town sounds like the beginning of a great story. My biggest problem with the story is the over describing of things and the repetitive line ex. I would lay in my room, she would come to my room there are so many lines like this. It needs to be cleaned up and more concise. He spent so long describing the pedophile who dies in the next chapter. If he was a part of the book for longer I could see the need but this happens in a lot of places. Now the narration.. The intro felt like a WWE wrestler intro which scared the crap out of me lol. When he’s just reading he does well. But his accents are not good, his girls all sound simpering. And every time something suspenseful is happening I feel like I am watching my kids utube Minecraft videos. I will say you can’t tell which character is talking because they all sound very different. I listened to the whole book but it was rough though the sound effects were entertaining. I think with some editing and maybe dual narrators or some one to help the current one ton down his enthusiasm at least it would be a much more intriguing serial killer story. It ends with out a clear ending
