After graduating from college, the author could not quickly get a job. His friend advised him to drive for Lyft and Uber. Despite having a degree, he chose to drive because it gave him the money and the flexibility he needed to work on his dream of starting a company.

He advises riders and drivers alike on best practices while using rideshare services. He addresses the issues of whether ridesharing drivers should be considered employees or contractors. His journey is yet more evidence that no matter which path one takes, it should always lead to a goal achieved. One needs to keep on moving forward.
