A Fantastic Book for Foundational Patois!

I downloaded this audiobook and listened while reading along with the physical version. This not only helped with learning the grammar of Jamaican patois but also — by listening to the audiobook— with the pronunciation of words. Cuffe is great at explaining how to properly use words in conversation and gives many examples throughout the book. Probably the best beginner Jamaican patois book in the market right now.

This is such a remarkable tool to learn patois. Each lesson intentionally flows into the next so seamlessly! The author has made learning patois so easy you don’t even realize it’s happening in some instances. I can’t say enough good things about this book! I love the stories he tells as well. Highly recommend this book.

Explanation and Delivery on point!!!!!
