The zombie takeover didn’t happen in massive hordes within a few days or weeks as depicted on TV. It came insidiously, like a thief who has planned well for the burglary of a lifetime. They weren’t shuffling, shambling zombies with no brains.

Molly: The Beginning
I enjoyed this short book. It was a bit different than the hordes of other zombie novels I have read. It is the first book in a series. The second book is pretty short as well. I like the idea of a series of short hitters. I like the idea of the 2 ladies getting partially turned and dealing with it rather differently. I also like that there are no real good guys in the version of the new world. Looking forward to the second book.

What if you were an Alpha Zombie?
Requested a free code from a web site, no strings attached.
Interesting take on the zombie genre. I don't want to spoil the book. I listened to it in one sitting. It is a very short book and it left me wanting to learn more about this world. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

a monotone narration and horrible audio quality
the story gives you a few new wrinkle in the zombie genre, but the technical aspects of the recording really take way from the plot and you have to struggle to get through to the end.
