I gave up. I could not listen to her anymore.

I have been listening to this series from the beginning, and have hated the narrator from the beginning. This story finally broke me. I could not finish listening to it, and will not finish the series, sadly.

During the last book, the bad guy Murat was not a whiny British character with a stick up his butt. He was in this one. She changed the way that she read him, to the point that I wanted to smack her. And Kristen? If she was anything like this when Mark met her, how did he not stab her in the throat and bury her in the desert.

I am sad that this woman was allowed to narrate these books without anybody actually listening to what she did, how she pronounced words, etc. She totally killed this series for me.
