 I think this is a reliable audible for me.

Fantastic introduction to the subject matter

The author progresses through the methods and shares many of the thoughts that once acquired are so obvious in therms of seeking "Mindfulness for Beginners". I am going to listen this several more times to soak my thinking with the obvious.
