I was hopeful I’d like this since I’m brand new to audible and an avid marathoner. Unfortunately, it’s incredibly god focused, alienating readers/listeners almost instantly that aren’t of those religious ideals. If that’s your drive or base, then you’ll probably like it. Not for me.

Some of the examples definitely hit close to home so it was easy to relate to and I was motivated to get out of my slump and get back to what I love to do again finally... running!
