Great narrator!
I didn’t realize this was a novella till I started reading but it was great going to the Immortal Universe world.
The story follows Bhaltair and Meena. It was interesting to learn the backstory of the two and to discover how Bhaltair has been ignoring the signs.
This is a fast pace read, with some action, and steamy scenes. The narrator, D.C. Cole does a wonderful job portraying all of the characters with a wide variety of tones and inflections. I thoroughly enjoy how he brings the characters to life.

Too short and rushed
For me, this one out of all the Immortals World groups of series was just way rushed. The characters had lots of potential but she didn’t give enough about them or the storyline. It felt like she was in a hurry to do this one in a day, not that there errors. As with the others, I’m sure we’ll see these characters in future books. Had I not bought this with a big discount I’d be tempted to return it. Great narration by D C Cole.

Vampire meets Fae
I absolutely loved this story. I love how the Fae world can be so unpredictable. As a vampire Baltazar has lived for many centuries believing that he will never have a true mate and the one person he truly loves is human. Mandy M. Roth world is filled with twists, turns and unexpected plots. Once again D.C. Cole does an amazing job of narrating this story.⚘⚘⚘

A perfect couple that doesn’t even realize they are each other’s mate. Even though this is a quick listen, you get all the feels through the book and end up very happy with the results.

Bad boy Vampire
Wow what a exciting story. This is a action filled military romance and it was smoking. In this story we meet bad boy vampire Bhaktair and his one and only Meena who is a descendant of his master vampire. They have lots of trouble but get there great ending. This is a amazing adventure and a great addition to the Ops series.

Midnight Echoes
Meena has been try to get Bhaltair's attention for years, but when it appears she has no super powers she feels like all is lost. She starts sneaking around and talking to another paranormal. But Bhaltair feels something is not right and he jumps in to protect her and realize they are mated. It's a fun action packed short. D.C. Cole nailed the narration and brought the characters to life.

This is another great story by Mandy Roth.
This is another great story written by Mandy Roth. She does an amazing job drawing in to the world she has created. We briefly met Bhaltair in a previous story and I was intrigued by him then. Meena is a human born of a part vampire/part fae mom and a pure vampire father. She has always been seen as fragile and ever since she turned 18 she cannot stop thinking about Bhaltair. Bhaltair has always kept her at arms length until one night...the night their worlds will change forever. Meena is not as safe as what she thinks she is. She is being hunted and Bhaltair will have to come to realization that she is his mate before he loses her to another. This story is full of action and romance. I absolutely fell in love with the main characters and look forward to more stories from the Immortal Ops World.

Sex portion of book needs much work. Where is the passion? Where is the detail? Where is the depth? Where is the intenseness and where is the anticipation? You nail this down and i am confident your ratings will be off the charts. Great narration.
