Story
There are 20 million acres of lawns in North America. In their current form, these unproductive expanses of grass represent a significant financial and environmental cost. However, viewed through a different lens, they can also be seen as a tremendous source of opportunity. Access to land is a major barrier for many people who want to enter the agricultural sector, and urban and suburban yards have huge potential for would-be farmers wanting to become part of this growing movement.

Story
Have you ever desired, deep within your soul, to make a comfortable full-time living from a farming enterprise? Too often people dare not even vocalize this desire because it seems absurd. It's like thinking the unthinkable. After all, the farm population is dwindling. It takes too much capital to start. The pay is too low. The working conditions are dusty, smelly and noisy: Not the place to raise a family. This is all true, and more, for most farmers.

Working smarter, not harder, also prevents the kind of burnout that start-up farmers often encounter in the face of long, hard, backbreaking labor. Lean principles grew out of the Japanese automotive industry, but they are now being followed by progressive farms around the world....

Repetitive and too general to be entirely useful
To start, this book poorly translated to audio format. I wanted info on growing a microgreens business, not recipes I wanted to try for lunch. I don't need to hear narrated recipe ingredients and instructions. The same goes for an alphabetical list of seed types. I don't need a narration of the list. Both recipes and seed list should just be mentioned as a separate pdf in case I'd like to consult them.
Second, constantly reminding the listeners that there's a guest author at the end of the book, sounds more like I'm listening to a radio show about to break for commercials.
This book was very repetitive, with phrases repeated word for word in many instances. There's some information to be gleaned from its pages, but not a lot.
Also, at the end, the guest author's business, turns out to be a different business model than that discussed in the prior chapters, as he started a subscription delivery service, and not a restaurant, or farmers market supply.
For this book to be more successful, links to tools for use should be made available, and more real world examples should be included.
I wanted a book that I could take with me through my business startup. This book is more like a motivational speaker.

Has potential to be a winner
The book is a little repetitive and lacks the necessary PDF file to make it a real winner.
There is definitely useful info to be gained from this book, but it also has things that unfortunately don't make a lot of sense in an audiobook like, a list with recipes and a list with seed types and how to grow them. What would make this book priceless is, adding a PDF with these lists and info available for download.
Overall, not bad, but there's room for improvement.
