There are so many practical and easy to follow tips on this book. It has become one of my go-to sources for self-care.

Very monotone narrator. The information in the book is somewhat common sense and very verbose. Major helpful tips included making checklists for streamlining your life, not just daily to-do lists. A new idea was the concept of joy kits. Much of the other suggestions including drink more water, be optimistic, etc were not new ideas.
