I am absolutely loving this series . I can't wait for the next book to come out

OMG!

OMG! I love reading/listening to S.E. Smith books. I had the audio version of this book. You will fall in love with Merrick and Addie just like me. This is the fifth book in Cosmos' Gateway series. Addie is such a strong woman. She lost her hearing as a teenager from an childhood illness. Merrick had never thought that he would fate his bonded mate. Merrick been through alot from testing, constantly being drugged, being shocked, moved from one place to another, is draining him. There is no doubt that your heart will weep for him just like mine did. This book has it all from heartfelt, full of love loyalties, family, community, and commitment. I would HIGHLY recommend this series to EVERYONE!! I can't wait to read more this series. Can Merrick and Addie survive? You WILL have to get this to find out. Keep up the amazing work! Again I found that Suzanne Elise Freeman Did another wonderful job with these characters.

This series was by far the best alien, action and romance I have read. Looking forward to reading Derricks story, hopefully very soon.

This book was filled with so much action, the story line is excellent. Story offered love, hot sex, murder, suspense, and intrigue. The narrator was excellent. One of my favorite books by this author. Looking forward to listening to the next book!

After so many strong female characters, why in the world would the author give us an annoying idiot like Addy?

How do I get to Baad?

Loved this series. I very much hope it continues. But I have never been disappointed in any of S. E. Smith books. Please continue this series and the one I have been waiting on Heaven Sent series. I really enjoy the audiobooks. Recommend all your books highly.

Would you listen to Merrick's Maiden again? Why?

Oh I am sure I will - as I have just about all of SE Smith's books. Love the characters, hate the villains, friggin love the author!!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Oh I think I loved Addy the most, however, Merrick was a close second.

Have you listened to any of Suzanne Elise Freeman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes I have, and Suzanne is great, she is starting to get right up there in status as David Brenin. (Love that man!)

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Well I could understand Addy being upset thinking Merrick had just left her. She as hurt and angry, but she still loved him. Thinking she had to push him from her mind, only to run smack-dab into him. Then how he had saved her, but she still couldn't forgive the hurt she felt. Then finding out he had no choice, because he almost died. Great!

Any additional comments?

The end when not only did she get her hearing back, but was going to have twin girls! Awesome. Now I understand the bad guy getting away, because someone must get him. I just don't want Derek or Runt's story (and I know there will be a story!) having to cross paths with him. I do hope that Derek finally catches Runt - even if she is young. Oh SE Smith you have made me a happy customer. But hurry and release more books on Audible. Hugs & Kisses!
