A life-changing deal

This set included 2 fundamental parts to have a successful life - Self-discipline and Health
This book has helped me and in so doing, my business, improve drastically through the lessons and activities.
I learned valuable lessons on how to improve my own self-discipline through a warrior mindset, the heart and soul of discipline.

I also improve my health and cognitive function by following the steps to intermittent fasting.
I lost weight, have more energy and can focus for longer periods of time.
This is definitely due to the advice from the diet tips in this book.

Thanks to this book I feel mentally tougher and ready to transform my life.

Book Report on the movie 300

I really wanted to like this book, but it seemed like it was written after someone watched the movie 300 and then looked up a few things on Wikipedia. It basically gives a brief and glorified description of the life of a Spartan warrior but didn't seem very well researched. The author would occasionally throw in "and special forces" after saying something about the Spartans. It provides a few basic tips on improving self discipline such as waking up early, working out, etc but is extremely generalized. I've listened to many autobiographies of special forces members and it seems like any of those were more inspiring and gave better descriptions on methods of gaining self discipline and facing challenging compared to this book.

I was interested in Mental Toughness about modern practice, and this book was extremely helpful in that regard. I loved the author's very careful writing, it is obvious that he lavished this book with love and attention, and it shows.

Great read.

I have purchased six copies of this book. I also bought it on audible. It keeps your interest it has motivational inspirational stories and his what are you today need to help them to move forward. Great book I recommend it to everyone.

I Really Appreciate that these Books are Bundled!

I really appreciate that these books are bundled together! I wasn't sure whoch one to get because I wanted to get them both, but didn't know which one to but first... Excitingly, they are bundled so I can get them both!

These books definitely go well together. From the sweet background stories on the Spartans and how their mindset fueled their success for so many years and how their diet via intermittant fasting was a driving reason for their physical superiority over their opponents in war. This is a great read and highly recommended!

I nearly didn’t listen to all of this.

Once I got into it I found it very motivational and the second part about fasting very informative.
