Publisher's summary

Savannah Grace has had it with love. After the break-up with her ex-boyfriend Marcus, she is determined more than ever to leave love in her past and focus on finding herself. But when Blair Adams walks into her office, she finds out that she is not as in control of her destiny as she once thought.

Blair Adams, a convicted felon, was dumped by the mother of his child, Alaina, as soon as he walked out of the gates of prison. He’s hurt, broken, and on the verge of giving up on life completely. That is, until he makes one last-ditch effort at finding a job, not knowing that he was going to find something so much grander than he ever could have imagined.

Together, they heal and love each other, mending the hearts that their ex-lovers once had the power to break.

Beautiful Story

This was truly a beautiful story of a second chance and starting over. Both Blair and Savannah were hurt and it was fate that put them in each others path. My heart broke for them. To love some one for so long and to find out they don’t feel the same anymore. I loved the pace of this story. It was to fast or slow. It gave time to think. It had a lot of “I know you lying” and “the audacity” moments. All I could could to is shake my head. The narration was excellent. I had to make sure it was one narrator when Blair came on the scene. She did a awesome job. Looking forward to more from this author and narrator.

Sometimes the Underdog Wins

Sometimes the underdog wins and in this story Blair Adams does. Savanna is an exceptional woman with a forgiving heart. This book is a good listen.

What a Love Story

This story was VERY WELL written.... it tugged on my heart... from the beginning I was rooting for Blair. He was a nice guy who made a bad choice that changed the direction of his life..... while thinking he would come back into the world with what he thought was the love of his life and raise his son as a family.... Alana had other plans and another life he knew nothing about. Im glad that in the end Alana got exactly what she deserved (to be alone). Savannah was a strong woman who looked for love in the wrong people...however im glad that she stepped out on faith and pursued the feelings she felt for Blair..... She gave him a chance and they healed each others heart... I enjoyed the twist in the story as well.... i hope savannah sister gets a story .... the narration was ok once I got into the story.. it wasnt bad but it wasnt great either... its a good story though so hang in there and you will enjoy it
