Publisher's summary

TC is a mysterious adventurer who suddenly awakes in a strange, new world. He meets a female elf in the forest who, despite being beautiful, attacks him and nearly takes his life. The encounter ends well and he manages to find his way out of the forest and reach the nearest city.

Luck is on TC’s side at first, and a friendly innkeeper gives him advice on what to do next. It turns out, in order to survive in this world, he needs to have a female companion, otherwise TC won’t be able to get any jobs at the Guild.

Stranger yet, TC is shocked to learn that adventurers can literally summon girls, who will form a Pact with them and become their companions. Having no other choice, he goes to the Summoning Temple, where he meets Eve, and that’s when his new adventure begins. While TC tries to stay cool and focus on Quests, his cute, charming companion Eve always manages to add some spiciness to their adventures.

decent story

the story is good .i like books not movies because there is more information. the book started like you missed the first 15 minutes. obvious questions that any person would want to know have not been asked or answered. the narration is good. overall I enjoyed the listen

Missed potential

The concept is great, but the weak MC is the main thing that killed it for me. No back story for the MC and he is the emotional equivalent of a 12 year old boy who giggles when you say “boob”.

Dreadful Writing, Don't Purchase

Writing in this sub-genre has notoriously low quality, but we put up with it because the stories are fun. The premise of this story had potential but the writing is dismal even compared to similar books. I can't imagine how this got past beta readers or an editor. The author switches from first to third person without warning. Everything about the writing is amateurish. It reads like a high school freshman's first draft. If your tolerance for garbage writing is off the charts, you might be able to finish this. But there are so many better options out there.

Regret buying

Same thing as all the rest the MC doesn’t know how to act around girls. He has no problem looking at them and having dirty thoughts but gets really uncomfortable talking about sex or the act of sex. Writer might be a Pedo. He referred to his new sexy companion as a child about 5 times in one chapter. It is very creepy, A. Update I finally finished the book and it never got any better but the writer was really stock on the whole kid thing, looking at her boobs and a lot of hugs. They never have sex but we does get the see her naked in the 2nd to last chapter and like psychopath hugs her to see if it turns her on. but finds out they have been drugged. He gives her the cure she gets shy The end. Worst book ever.
