This is where audio really shines! Personally I found that sitting and listening to this book was a meditation in and of itself allowing for greater assimilation of the material and the ability to put myself in the flow of it. Awesome Book!
I have struggled how to meditate for a while.
I’ve read other meditation books and to be honest I got fed up of reading them as they were hard to follow and understand.
