    Nov 10 2025

Send us a text message if you have a question you want answered on the podcast.

Feeling anxious about the temple is more common than you think. This week, I sit down with author and teacher Melinda Wheelwright Brown, whose newest book An Endowment of Love brings new perspective to temple worship. We're talking about how to approach the temple with curiosity instead of fear, release old preconceived ideas, and discover peace in God’s presence.

Whether you’re preparing for your first temple experience or trying to rekindle peace after a difficult one, this episode offers perspective and grace for every part of your spiritual journey.

My sister invited me to join a 5 day group led by Niki Olsen. That is where I found out about her podcast "Meaningful Minutes." Listening has changed the way I think about scripture study...no longer a checklist , but a way to power! Each podcast is short and easy to listen to and has great insights as well as action items to help you work toward change!

Jumpstart your scripture study, give it new life!

I love myself a good podcast but with kids, running a business, and the taxi service that motherhood is, I rarely have enough time to finish one. Now I can! I love that it really is just a few minutes buts it's packed with knowledge, spiritual thoughts, and mental health tips. Just a few minutes each Monday and I feel encouraged to start a new week of running around.

Actual minutes that mean something.
