Enjoyable Story

Typical Archie story with plenty of Palm Beach background. Very detailed story and a lot of suspense. Good reading from start to finish.

My Favorite Author!

After reading Lawrence Sanders’ books long ago, I have started working my way through the audiobooks. Thoroughly entertaining. I’m looking forward to listening to the next one.

Great Author Great Story

I love this series. I have read each book in this series numerous times and enjoy rereading and rehearing them again.

the delight language

the intriguing description and subtle humour. for people that like fluent and well thought out dialogue. a totally enjoyable series.

Couldn’t finish it

Loved the first four books and hoped for more of the same but Larry lost it somewhere after #4 by creating two new very unappealing characters. One is a psych who babbles on and on pushing the big pharma agenda and the other is a no-charm hanger on named Bicky? that Archle uses as a foil but a wholly unnecessary one. Too bad. If you’re just starting on this series I advise quitting after number four and save the credits.
