I found this book super informative, really helped me understand how to best approach this sport. Avoiding pitfalls, learning from experience of others will help me not only excel but also make sure i stay healthy doing so. It was really detailed and helpful for a novice like me to understand what im getting into. Clearly well researched and thought out, by someone who has taken the sport really seriously and wants to share his passion/knowledge. Great narration, def recommend, you dont have to be a Jiu-Jitsu fanatic to understand and appreciate it.
