Dark, Dangerous and Delicious

This series was my first by Sara Fields. I absolutely loved it!! She has a great blend of Dark and Steamy. It takes you to the edge, pushes your boundaries and leaves you feeling very satisfied. I personally love PNR and was hoping I would enjoy the alien aspect- rest assured, I did! I would LOVE to read more by Sara! I plan to explore her other works. I enjoyed the characters, the chemistry, and the story found in these pages. It was a great read!

Narration- Heather Firth's voice was perfect for this! I love the quality! She has a wonderful talent for giving you a deep, masculine male voice and still providing a wonderful female voice as well. Most are great at one but not the other. I thought both voices were great and matched the characters well. Highly enjoyable, clean editing and clear narration.

Fun and Hot! I am loving the alien/human vibe that this series gives and all the characters we are introduced to. Such a fun series!

Good book

This book was pretty good. The four aliens who captured the heroine were just as dominant as those in book 1, but they loved her. The book is mostly about them dominating her until she drugs them and escapes. I was hoping the heroine would meet up with her sister after she was captured. I would also like to know what happened to the women they rescued. All in all, it was a good story with an interesting ending. Would like to find out more about their journey after the explosion. Heather Firth did a great job with the narration.

Had potential

The review's convinced me to buy this but I was quickly disappointed. I understand it's fiction but Sara could have made her female lead stronger. They capture her and she just gives up, ok just fuck me! like you could have gave her a more realistic attitude towards her situation. She gets punished near a pond and one of the males forces her underwater to punish her and when they get out she says fuck me... I want to cum. Come on Sara. This story just had me rolling my eyes every sex scene.

Too easy.

This was an average read. The way the story was set up I expected a lot more strength and resistance from the MC, but she was just a pushover. Her ‘resistance’ lasted a grand five minutes before she was a good little pet to her new masters. As a result, the sex scenes were a bit shy of the mark.

Author doesn’t go into developing the characters beyond surface tropes. The sadist, the leader, the rookie, the nice one, etc.

Just really average. Expected a lot more. Won’t be continuing the series.

Holy hotness 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This was kind of a wild ride. Parts were funny. Looking forward to listening to the rest of the series. Highly recommend this audiobook. The narrator was very good as well.

This book is a stand alone but references book 1

In the beginning this book was a duplicate for book 1 the only difference was the names. But once you get past that the book picks up and becomes its own.

These books have plenty of steam. Although they are in a series they can be listened to as standalone but characters are referenced from the previous book.

Another sister has found her Vakarrans in this book. Alaina is the next sister to be captured by the aliens and she soon finds her body at war with her mind. Soon she must make a choice and find her way in this new world where the Vakarrans rule. Can she trust her heart or her mind to help her? Neither one seems to know what it wants or should do. Only her body is sure of its needs.

I found that Alaina starts off as a naive and soft woman. Even though she has been hiding and living in the woods she is still not a warrior like her older sister is. She does grow and learn as she spends time with the warriors who have captured her. The warriors are all different and find themselves with feelings for Alaina. It was nice to watch the relationship begin to form between the men and Alaina. Although Alaina and her warriors ended up having a good connection, I did not enjoy this story as much as the first book. I do hope that we will see more from these characters in the future and I hope that somehow the sisters will be able to reunite. Narrator Heather Firth brings these characters to life nicely and I was quickly lost in the story. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer

Entertaining!

Mastered is a great alien sci-fi reverse harem romance with some dark element. The premise is based on a captive and captors, BDSM and, ménage. If you like this genre, you'll enjoy Mastered. It is well-plotted with good character development. Heather Firth did a great job with the narration.

Deliciously dark and seductive!

This is the second book in this delightfully dark series. I loved the first book and this one didn't disappoint! I just can't get enough of these Vakarran men and their seductive, domination.

This a good book and steamy. I liked it. Be warned though don't pick this book if you don't like to read about multiples.

Wow

Is there anything better than a reverse harem? I now know the answer is yes. There is space reverse harems written by Sara fields and they are just insanely entertaining. Absolutely loved this can’t wait for more

same plot different book

one of 4 sisters is captured by 4 aliens they "hate" only to apparently like submitting to them. they claim to be strong and that they wont give in only to be weak and submissive in the next sentence. book one and two are basically the same. the woman isn't even smart, what idiot decides to play submissive to get the aliens off guard only to disobey them at every turn. no cuddling in this series, all condescending S's and hypocritical M's

Vakarran hotness

Sarah Fields has mastered hot and dark alien romance with this series. Mastered gives us a whole new set of Vakarrans. It's still tied into book one a little bit but not enough that you'd need to listen to book one to understand this one. Both are really good so I'd recommend listening to all of them. I'm hoping we get a book for each sister

Sxy Aliens

Can be listened to as a standalone, there are really only references to Alaina's sister who was taken captive previously. This is a super steamy listen with some dark undertones. The men are aliens but are written mostly as if they're human, it's not hardcore scifi by any means. There are some shocking moments that caught me off guard in the plot of the overall story. Loved the authors style!

The narrator does a spectacular job in this performance, she is a perfect fit for this darker listen because her voice isn't too girly for this type of story and style of writing and she really pulls off the steamy scenes well.

Alien hotness!

A fast moving erotic romance starring 4 more Valkarran warriors and Alaina, another Strike sister. With movement in the overall story arc, we have many scenes of a D/s nature and the deep connection and love forming between the main characters. Heather Firth narrated with conviction and expression, though I did get a bit confused by the male voices. ln fairness, however, I decided this didn't really matter.
A hot, fun listen.
