Genial visión no sólo de la alimentación.
También del estilo de vida. Debería enseñarse en la escuela. Los políticos deberían hacer algo con la publicidad engañosa.

Mucha estadística!!!
Me pareció un libro bastante interesante en general, muy completo, tiene demasiada estadística y pienso yo que bien fundamentada, es muy realista, considero que si estás abierto a hacer cambios reales en la tú alimentación y tus hijos, que es mi caso, puedes tomar varias líneas como consejo y aplicarlas, reitero contiene mucha estadística, al final no está demás saber sobre números (estadísticamente hablando)y más tratándose de nuestra alimentación, lo recomiendo siempre haciendo inca pie en eso, por desconocimiento en muchas cosas de las que habla puede llegar a ser una lectura larga, pero siempre estando abierto a aprender de los conocimientos de sus autores.
