I wrote a book about my divorce (Today I Rise) and took a year of my life to answer these two fundamental questions:

1. Who the hell am I?
2. Who the hell am I as a man?

Being in a curious place in my life, it became my mission to speak with other men and find out what they were going through and if they could answer those two questions as well.

What became apparent was this - there is an epidemic of pain in the male culture, and it was killing us, figuratively and literally. It was the foundation upon which we were building addictions, abusive relationships, and mental health challenges.

I wrote Man UNcivilized for you if you are a man or if you want to know exactly how a whole man lives. It’s raw. It’s real. There’s no fluff or spiritual bypassing in this.

Quite the kick in the ass..

Through listening to this, i think I have felt the full range of emotion. It took me a bit to warm up to his delivery, but most of what he has to say really hit home for me. I look forward to putting some of these principles to work.
