Great book and helpful advice to listen to!
This book and the enthusiasm the author shared are contagious. I'm inspired and have already contacted my realtor and started the process myself. Such practical wisdom! Love to hear the compelling stories of both successes and failures to know both what to do and what to avoid. It's the benefit of hearing from generations of wisdom, the advice of many experts in the business, and the voice of experience all combined into one book.

As informative as it is inspiring
Narrated by the writer this book is as informative as it is entertaining. Chris Hotze often goes "off script" and drops wisdom that isn't in the print version. You can hear the passion in Chris Hotze's reading of his work, it is an added bonus that drives home the points he is making.
I not only learned but was also inspired by this book, I will be recommending it to my friends and family.
