Sophia Sinclair has been found out as a Fireborn and she's landed in the infamous Black Citadel prison for supernaturals.
Her first priority is to find out who found out and told the authorities and why? When she first escaped the monster that captured and tortured her she was forced to work as a mercenary without powers so living without powers and just on her strength alone will help her survive....she hopes.
Struggling to survive in her new environment Sophia tries to uncover her missing friends and identify who she can trust while an evil sea witch is planning on destroying the world as they know it.
While the story and series was a fantastic ride, my only complaint with book 4 is it leaves too many lose ends for me - What about Liam, the council, life afterwards.....
