Story
Logan Moore is finally ready to come out of the closet. His days of playing football are far behind him, he has graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and his bakery, Moore Delicious, is finally in the black. Although he spends more time talking to his cats than he does people, he technically has time for a social life now that he has hired two new employees. In short, Logan is completely out of excuses to stay in the closet, where it is warm and cozy and he never has to worry about how to dress, what to say, or who is watching.

My daily latte runs to Moore Delicious, the bakery where he works, aren’t helping. And now I’m in a bind: my favorite cousin insists that I attend her wedding. With a date. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Look up Landon Roderick, that boy from childhood whom I'd never been able to forget - even though he so easily forgot about me - and call him. Then again, anything sounds like a good idea when you've had a little too much wine before bed, right? It was supposed to be just a quick, meaningless prank call. Instead I went off on him - unloading 13 years of pent-up emotions. I didn't think he'd call me back.

Publisher's summary
Xander Griffith is a math geek with an eye for designer labels, a love of photography, and a fierce need to protect those he loves. He was mesmerized by Julian the moment he laid eyes on him: gorgeous, brilliant, and unabashedly himself. But Julian is also his friend's off-limits baby brother. So Xander spends the next three years distancing himself, focusing his energy on his math-letic friends, his boxer Cassius, and his LGBT youth center, Safe Harbor.
Julian Moore is a force of nature and everyone loves the sparkly, snarky, white hat hacker. When he finds himself at loose ends after graduation, Julian winds up spending most of his time reading romance novels, writing alpha-omega short stories, and hanging out with his brothers' friends. Of course, that means bumping into that over-privileged, condescending jerk Xander at every freaking turn. The man would be completely insufferable if it wasn't for his sweet, hat-loving dog.
The two men can't be in the same room without bickering like small children, but they call an uneasy truce in order to help their friends and save two homeless waifs. When Xander discovers Julian is depressed, he blackmails his friend's brother into following his insane plan. The first step? Move the brat into his condo! It's the perfect solution: Xander has plenty of room, his boxer is head-over-paws in love with Julian, and someone has to keep their friend's pug from destroying all of Xander's left shoes.
They probably won't wind up killing each other. And they absolutely will not, can not fall in love.
Love You, Moore, the second book in the Moore Romance series, is a quirky, sweet, enemies-to-lovers, second chance MM romance between two sexy, dog-loving geeks. It has a happily ever after ending, as well as dogs politely eating cake at the dining room table, a wrestling hold named the Baby Koala, and unnerving levels of healthy communication.

Furbabies, challenging men, great story
I enjoyed Book 1, although I had a few issues with it. This book was so much better and a delight. The one issue for me was that because there are two points of view, sometimes the story goes backward to give the same events from a different perspective. While Julian and Xander are apart, this works. When they are together, it’s unnecessary.
That is a small issue. Tiny.
I love books that are stand-alones but are part of a series. If you haven’t listened to Book 1, no worries (although you may go back later if you choose), you won’t be lost. This book starts further back in time than the bulk of Book 1, touching on a few scenes from that first book, showing them from Julian and Xander’s perspectives.
But while these two were outsiders in Book 1, they are now firmly centre stage.
This is an enemies-to-lovers, second-chance, love-at-first-sight romance (And yes, that may seem like a contradiction – you will just have to listen to it to see how it works out). And as I’ve seen trending recently, its characters talk about reading m/m romances. Although Julian refers to Xander as the ‘Iceman’ and Xander calls Julian ‘brat’, it is done with great affection. Their first encounter got off on the wrong foot (or the right kiss), depending on your perspective. But in the end, it was the worst night of Xander’s life. Instead of coming clean, though, he became antagonistic with Julian, and although his pain his was real, his treatment of Julian was really mean.
He redeems himself. Especially when he adopts a 2-year-old Boxer named Cassius. As with Book 1, furbabies and their daddies play a prominent role in the book.
When Xander discovers all is not as it seems with Julian, he steps up and becomes an amazing friend. The two men are meant to be together, but there are a lot of games, not just involving Julian and Xander, but with their friends Tripp and Tommy as well. It confused me sometimes, but the dénouement made everything clear.
I also want to mention the shelter Safe Harbour, for LGBTQ kids who have either run away from home or have been thrown out. It’s horrifying, but that is a reality every day. That the men become so involved is wonderful. That they come up with creative solutions to the homeless teens is even more heartwarming. I felt that Julian cried quite a bit, but he does feel things deeply. Also, Sean Lenhart is often almost shouting while narrating Julian’s interior monologue, which is a little over-the-top, but nothing that can’t be dismissed because it is so easy to fall in love with Julian.
With Logan and Chance in Book 1, a simple conversation could have cleared up many of the misunderstandings. Same here, but I will say Xander and Julian do try to talk things out. Men talking about their feelings. Imagine that.
I highly recommend this listen as I really enjoyed it, especially the baby Koala.

Julian Moore had graduated from all he needed to work for the government but was waiting for clearance. But living with his parents and life in general was getting him down. Excellent!
While I really enjoyed the first book in the series, this one stole my heart. Julien was hysterical, I loved his over the top personality. Xander was just wonderful! He was such a fierce protector while still being vulnerable. I would have liked this in print form, but the narration really brought it to life and made a great story even better!

Good read
Overall I enjoyed this book. There’s a lot of humor mixed in with the romance. I was however very disappointed with the comment that he wasn’t the girl in the relationship implying that the cooking and cleaning was for girls. I would think especially in this genre, the author would be more thoughtful. Cooking and cleaning is not just for women.

Funny, fluffy with at times exhausting narration
Sooo… I’m not sure how to begin. This listen was rather so-so. Not good, not bad, more something in-between. Something light and fluffy, something that made me smile, that seriously annoyed me at times, but also something I believe I’m going to forget rather quickly. It’s pleasant and sweet and with a bunch of funny and heartwarming characters, perfect for a lazy afternoon read or listen.
What did I enjoy? This huuuge tight-knit family with all their endless quirks and adorable ever-growing quantity of pets. The nick names the two mains gave each other very early on: Iceman for Xander and Brat (ooohh, couldn’t have been more fitting!) for Julian. The slow progress these two made as a couple: meeting years prior and falling for one another, but fighting it and one another for so long, the slowly building friendship – and finally: romance! I loved that the story involved an LGBT youth center and I loved the teenagers we met there even more. The fact that Julian is an out and proud fem gay, always cheery, always funny and snarky – yet battling depression. It was surprising in regards to his character and made him even more endearing. The whole topic of depression was handled beautifully and carefully by the authors, which shows how much a strong support system can help… The narration. Sean Lenhard had distinct voices for everyone, worked himself up into all the emotions the character felt, even with it being third person narrative…
What didn’t I like? That so, so overused joke that involves the title. It just became… too much at one point, as did the “baby koala”-hug. It was funny and charming at the beginning… but got old after the tenth use. It’s fiction, but I found it strange how many people in a blood-related family could come out gay or at least bi. Okay, I get it is so it can be a series of M/M romances… but really?? And I’m not a huge fan of the cover(s). It’s just too cliché for my liking. The narration: As much as I loved that all the excitement and every and any emotion was portrayed, it really was so much over the top at times that it got too much and was exhausting to listen to, especially towards the end when two characters had a larger dispute. I needed a break at one point and take a breather. Sean Lenhard has a lot of potential – and thanks for making Emilia’s voice a little less squeaky than it was previously –, but I would really like if the next one was a teeny tiny bit toned down in comparison.

Julian and Xander are perfect together!
Xander spent so much time thinking that he couldn't have a relationship with Julian because of his relationship to his friend that it was timed they lost. When he finally decided to face the fact that he was in love with Julian he was afraid of what Julian would think of his family. I think that the work Xander has done with Safe Haven is amazing and Julian embraced it perfectly. I love this series and am looking forward to more.

Mo(o)re Fun!
I thoroughly enjoyed the story and loved the narration *(this time around).
This is a fun story, with heart-warming moments and some cute pets. It also deals with some difficult subjects, including depression and homeless children. Altogether a really good story.
Narration: Sean Lenhart captured Julian perfectly :) He (Sean) had the right pitch/timbre for most of the characters (the female voices were OK). Overall, he made it such a fun listen, that I all but abandoned reading the book.
I would definitely recommend the audiobook!
*I listened to A Chance for Moore and didn't think much of the narration (I will go back and listen to it again).
I was provided with a copy by the author, but my opinions are my own and not solicited.

Such a wonderful Book
Would you consider the audio edition of Love You, Moore to be better than the print version?
Sean Lenhart again brings the Moore family and their friends to life. He does such a great job bringing fun and attitude to the characters.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Love You, Moore?
For someone as secure in their knowledge of their skills, it's nice to see Julien's insecurity of how he will get along at his new job.
What does Sean Lenhart bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Sean does such a great job voicing the characters that I get a great mental picture of what real-life characters would look like. I can imagine certain actors and actresses playing the parts based on how he brings the book to life.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
A second chance at love.
Any additional comments?
I love Alex's stories and look forward to the next book in the series being available in audio format.

Love you, even Moore!
Xander and Julian are so right for each other from the moment they meet. Sean captured Julian's essence so perfectly it was like I could see him inside my head. Really great job with the narration. Another book I'll listen to over and over again.

Absolutely amazing
I absolutely adored this book in audio! I fell in love with this series last year and I’m loving listening to them in audio format. This is book two in the Moore Romance series and just as light hearted and funny as book one, I actually preferred this book to book one in audio if that’s even possible! That’s all down to Sean Lenhart and his amazing narration and in particular his narration of Julian!.
This book centres around Julian Moore and Xander Griffith who we first meet in book one. Julian is absolutely amazing and I loved his attitude and outlook on life, he is down right fabulous, out and proud and just damn well owns it. These two meet in a gay club where they have instant chemistry but once Xander realises Julian is Greg's 21 year old little brother he instantly drops him off at his parents house and tries to forget about him.
Fast forward three years later and Julian and Xander are constantly bickering and antagonising each other to mask their feelings. Julian ends up moving in with Xander to try and cope with his depression and they can no longer ignore their insane chemistry and they end up growing ever closer and falling in love. As with the first book this one is also very funny and had me laughing out loud throughout. I loved that even when their relationship deepened Xander continued to call Julian 'Brat' albeit in a more loving manner and Julian continued to call Xander Iceman (Top Gun reference!). The puns involving Julian's surname Moore were endless and I loved the 'baby koala' hugging!
As with book one there's lots of dogs featured in this book and one hilarious doggy tea party thrown by Julian. Love the secondary characters in this story and it was lovely to catch up with all of them from book one and meet some new ones too. Massive applause for Sean Lenhart and his impressive ability to seamlessly alter his voice for all the different characters.
One of my favourite audiobooks to date and a very sweet and funny read. Cannot wait to listen to the next one!

Moore great storytelling from Alex Miska
What did you like most about Love You, Moore?
I love a geeky hero and Julian and Xander's story made a brilliant change to the average romance.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I love Xander - as I mentioned before I love a geeky hero and the lengths he went to for Julian made me love him even more.
What does Sean Lenhart bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
I really like the depth of character Sean brings to the story.
Any additional comments?
I received a free copy of this audiobook from the author for an honest review and all opinions expressed are my own. I had already read the Kindle version of this book but loved the audio version and can't wait for the next in the series.

Straight into my top 3 all time favourites!
What brilliant narration for a fantastic book!!
I really enjoyed Sean's narration of A Chance For Moore and eagerly anticipated Love You, Moore with such snark, love and so many characters involved.
Julian's character is so well read! Sean truly brings him to life, putting across his attitude when talking to others but being so vulnerable when internalising. Xander has the nickname of Iceman in the book and yet even with a narrow range in tone, so much emotion is put into what he says. All of our favourites are back from book one and we have new additions from Safe Harbour Youth Centre and Shelter and Heimdel Security,
So many times I laughed out loud at the situations and comments made by the characters and it feels as though Sean fully immersed himself in the world, pulling me inand not wanting to leave.
I cannot recommend it enough as a book by itself but also as a part of the Moore series. I can't wait for the next outing on audio!

Good follow up.
Really enjoyed listening to this book. A nice follow up to A Chance For Moore! A really funny story, especially with the animals who make it even more enjoyable. I love the family and all of the dynamics within it.
Both Xander and Julian were very easy to like, they're total opposites, but they bring out the best in each other and are perfect together.
Really enjoyed the narration, highly recommended.

Story
Five minutes after walking through the door, I hated the sexy Greydon West. I wondered why he’d ever had kids in the first place. The broody, single father of two didn’t know the meaning of the word fun. The only things my regimented, hot-tempered boss seemed to care about were his ridiculous spreadsheets. But for some reason, his prickly, stiff-mannered disposition made me curious about what was hidden beneath that exterior. Then, one day I stumbled upon the key that unlocked the mystery of Dr. West.
