Publisher's summary

The next heart-racing Lilah Love story is coming.

Women are dying.

The killer wants to play a game with Lilah Love. Lilah doesn't play games, she doesn't submit to demands. The love of her life, her ex-lover that isn't so ex at all, Kane Mendez, knows that all too well, but like the hero or perhaps criminal that he is, he'll try to play the game for her.

But this killer isn't playing with Kane, demanding Lilah step up or more blood will be shed. Lilah claims her role on the game board, and she'll do it to save lives, but she isn't happy. And when Lilah isn't happy, someone is going to die, all right, and it won't be her fault. It will, however, be her duty.

Love This Series!

Love this series! FBI Agent Love is my favorite tough cop since Eve Dallas. She is harsh and brilliant. Cant wait to get to the next one to get past this major cliffhanger.

I'll never look at a rainy day the same

Lilah and Kane are in a race against time to catch a killer. A killer who plays an exceptionally good game. Lisa Renee Jones has had me hooked on this series from the very first book. She boggles my mind with the twists and turns that keep me guessing and second guessing where I think the story is going.

Umbrella man

I hate cliff hangers but 3love Lisa Renee Jones. Agent Love is at her finest as she works her way through clues to find a serial killer who is taunting her. Madeleine Maby is an awesome narrator. Now I must wait for the next story of this series. ⚘⚘⚘

Love Me Dead

I waited for this one to be released in audio form and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Lilah F**king Love is back and staying in New York and she has been called in on a case and it appears from all indication to be about her. The Umbrella Man is all about games but Lilah does not play games. She sees past the games and she is going to solve this one. In typical Lilah fashion she pulls it together and along with Kane (oh, they are so good together!) they can take on not only the Society but also the cartel and Lilah's family if needed. Beware, there is a cliffhanger but that is always expected...

UGH - another cliffhanger

I really like this Lilah Love series but had I known this wasn't a trilogy I would have waited to listen to it. I HATE listening to a book, then waiting for the rest of the series to come out. It just stunts the drive and passion I feel with yet another cliff hanger.

In this well written story, the killer is taunting FBI agent Lilah Love. Lilah only plays by her rules and doesn't give a damn about the killers plans. She and Kane Mendez have rekindled their love / hate relationship and there is nothing more her Police Chief brother, or Mayer father can do about it.

As the killer attempts to create mayhem and toy in Lilah's world, she trusts only Kane and even then, it's sometimes "iffy"

Madeleine Maby does a fantastic job narrating Lilah's story. I always love her voice and inflection .

On a high-speed train!

Between the main character, her personality, and the intensely exciting flow of the book, you'll find yourself on the last chapter before you know it! Great writing!

Loved it!!

Damn, this author really knows how to suck you into a story. I'm so fascinated by Lilah and her life. I'm also completely jealous she has a man like Kane Mendez. Even his name sounds awesome. If you love an anti-hero who will literally kill for his woman....you'll love Kane Mendez.

Lilah is kind of a b***h and I love her for it. She is so blunt with her dealings with others. I'm pretty sure she hates people. She's just so bada** that I think everyone that hates her discreetly loves her too.

This is a series that tackles different cases per book but I would still recommend starting at book one. You learn so much about each character that reappear in each book. Plus this one ended on a huge cliffhanger. I don't believe the first two does, so this threw me when it ended and of course it's a cliffhanger that I have to know what happens next.

Did I mention that I love Kane Mendez?

Lilah Love is my new hero

Lilah Love is a successful profiler, but think she works best alone. She says anything she feels (even the f-word) to her boss, her family, her friends and co-workers.
She has a wealthy hot tempered man that loves her and protects her at all costs.
I completely enjoy seeing the world thru the eyes of Lilah Love. Her cynical views, along with a love of guns, lipstick and strawberry pie, make her one the most entertaining female characters ever! With a quick wit and a connection with dead people, she is truly “Murder Girl”.
