Foster Rhodes is independent, in the way a lot of wards of the state had to be independent to survive. He’s wily, smart, and focused. He’s someone who is always aware of his surroundings and keeps one foot out the door. That came in handy that night at the Hadden Center. He was waiting tables at The Sienna in the grand lobby of the Hadden Tower when he saw something he shouldn’t. Soon the Hadden guards descended and he had to make the escape of his life.
