Like a movie playing in my head!

So beautifully written and the narration made it even better!! I've been lost in it. The laughs and tears puts me in a little world of my own.

A Brilliant Piece of Caribbean Literature

Engaging from beginning to end. Relevant. Timely. Beautiful. Bittersweet. Persuad gives life to her characters in a way that is reminiscent of V.S. Naipaul and equal to the likes of Chimamanda Adiche and Zadie Smith. "Love After Love" is a classic to be sure. 10/10.
